Each year, our Deacons provide financial assistance to local families in need. This year, we want to raise enough money to provide supermarket gift cards of $60 to as many as 150 families in our area so they can shop for all the fixings of their choosing to enjoy a Thanksgiving holiday meal. These gift cards will be mailed to each family with a Thanksgiving greeting card, signed by the Deacons, blessing them from all of YOU!
As it is one of our significant opportunities to serve families in our communities facing food insecurity, we are thankful that so many of you continue to help each year.
How can you help?
We ask for your donation to the Deacons Fund in any amount you can, using any of the following methods.
- Place your donation in the Deacons Fund envelope in the pews and place it in the collection plate during Sunday Worship Service.
- Write a check to Bedford Presbyterian Church noting Deacons Fund on the memo line, and mail it to 4 Church Road, Bedford, NH 03110.
- Click HERE to make an online, either one-time donation or a Recurring Giving via your bank account or credit card, directly to the Deacons Fund through our secure online Breeze giving system.
- Text-to-Give from your phone by texting a dollar sign and a specified dollar amount followed by the word deacons (e.g. $60 deacons) to 603-691-1886, your offering will post directly to the BPC Deacons Fund.
